What we do
Every job is scoped on site and priced in writing. Here's what this service covers.
Full construction from subgrade to surface: excavation, granular base, binder and surface asphalt, curbs and drainage.
We mill off the worn surface and pave a new top course. Keeps grades at curbs and doorways while renewing the lot.
A new asphalt layer over a sound existing surface to extend the life of a lot that is worn but not failing.
Saw-cut, remove and replace failed areas so repairs stay flat and sealed instead of popping out next spring.
Where the base has failed, we dig out to sound material, rebuild the granular and repave the section.
Hot-pour sealant keeps water out of the base and slows the freeze-thaw damage that turns cracks into potholes.
Parking stalls, arrows, fire routes, accessible stalls, crosswalks and stop bars, laid out and painted crisp.
Asphalt speed humps, curbing and transitions to control traffic and direct drainage.

Questions
Don't see your question? Call 647-448-4451 and ask.
If cracking and potholes are isolated, targeted patching and crack sealing usually make sense. If failures are widespread or the base is moving, mill and pave or full-depth work is the better value. We'll show you which areas fall into which category at the site visit.
Asphalt plants generally run from spring to late fall, and paving needs dry weather and suitable temperatures. Book early in the year for spring and summer work. Emergency patching can often be done outside peak season.
Yes. We phase the work by section, keep entrances open where possible, and schedule nights or weekends when access can't be closed during business hours.
